‌Working Principle:‌


As illustrated in the schematic diagram of the turbine flow meter,a turbine is mounted at the center of the pipeline and supported by bearings at both ends.When fluid passes through the pipeline,it impinges on the turbine blades,causing the turbine to rotate at a speed proportional to the fluid velocity.The fluid flow drives the turbine rotation,cutting through the magnetic field lines generated by the permanent magnet inside the housing.This action induces periodic changes in magnetic flux.

The sensing wires detect these magnetic flux variations and transmit the signal to a preamplifier for amplification.The amplified signal produces pulse signals proportional to the flow velocity,which are then processed by the circuit to calculate the flow rate value.
