The DHC Rod-Style Displacement Transmitter is designed for direct absolute measurement with a maximum stroke length of 1250mm. It provides high resolution, excellent repeatability (±0.01mm), and maximum linearity error of ±0.05%. Direct installation on mechanical systems eliminates the need for brackets, pinions, or similar accessories. The housing incorporates a fixed stainless steel shaft to ensure stable operation and extended service life. A ball-head slider minimizes misalignment effects during operation. Enhanced resistive track connection technology (dual-correction method) guarantees superior reliability and linearity, while the multi-finger contact brush maintains stable signal output even in extreme operating conditions.
